I enjoy being happy. My energy has it’s highs and lows. I have to balance my energy. If I have a long period of high vibrational energy all it takes is being unattentive of the lower vibrations and boom, I crash. I would hold on to the negative energy and try to gain positive energy. That did not work out well for anyone. Now instead of focusing so much on being on the higher vibrations, I allow my self to release any energy I feel. There are many ways you can release the lower energy and transform it to positive. Writing, painting, speaking, sports, pretty much any healthy, physical activity. Do not be afraid to transform your energy!
